Sessions & Fees:

Sessions are usually on the same day and at the same time on a weekly basis but other arrangements are possible.

Face to face

£40 per 1 hour session (5 sessions paid in advance - £175.00)

Telephone/online chat/email

£35 per 1 hour session (4 sessions paid in advance £120)

An EMDR session may take one 1 ½ hours, in which case the fee will be £60 for a 1 ½ hour session. £40 if 1 hour is enough for that session.

You can pay for telephone or on-line counselling by Paypal or BACS - in advance of the session.
